D. Pardhasaradhi Rao

Managing Director & CEO

D. Pardhasaradhi Rao holds a master’s degree in Civil Engineering. He was also a Charted Engineer, a Licensed Structural Engineer, and a member of the FIE & FIV.

He has over 40 years of work experience in the planning and execution of Industrial Infrastructure Projects across Andhra Pradesh. He held various positions for the following organizations, which are listed below:

  • Chief Engineer (Projects) with Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure (APIIC), Hyderabad.
  • CEO of FABCITY Project during 2010
  • Commissioner, APIIC-IALA for HITECH City
  • Evaluation Committee Member for ORR Projects in Telangana

He had led the way in many of the infrastructure projects such as Hyderabad’s HITECH City, the Financial District, Industrial Parks (Hardware Park, Aerospace Park), Special Economic Zones, Residential Projects, and Industrial Areas (IALA), also involved in the development of other infrastructure projects including Roads, Water Supply, Strom Water, Power Supply Network, and avenue plantation development across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

I.D. Prasad

Director

I.D. Prasad has a post graduated (PG) degree in M.A. Economics and diplomas in DBM and DMM. He was also a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and worked closely with all-India Financial Institutions (FIs), State-level financial institutions and Commercial Banks.

He has more than 35 years of experience in carrying out TEVs, DPRs, project appraisals, market assessment studies, preparation of turnaround strategies for sick industrial units.

He has long association with the promotion of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) in the food processing sector. He has to his credit, while employed as Chief Consultant with APITCO, of conceiving and implementing a comprehensive project for the development of Chittoor Fruit Processing Cluster focusing on technology, skill development, quality assurance and market promotion interventions. As a sequel, the cluster has achieved significant breakthrough in diversified and sustainable growth over the last two decades.

He also assumed a lead role in DPR preparation and extending PMC support to M/s Srini Food Park establishment, one of the first five Mega Food Park projects established and operating in India.

He also has played a lead role in the development of Mango Jelly Clusters at Vizianagaram and Sarpavaram and Pickles Cluster at Pandur, predominated by many microenterprises.

He was also instrumental in counselling, guiding and project planning for several food processing enterprises in A.P, Telangana, J&K and Punjab. He was a Consultant to AP State Skill Development Corporation for two years, in the recent past, and contributed to developing self-supporting Trainer-Motivator model for Entrepreneurship Development.

T.L. Ramachandran

Director

T.L. Ramachandran was post graduated in the stream of M.Sc. Chemistry and also holds an MBA degree in Strategic Management.

He has over 35 years of work experience in the planning and execution of Industrial Infrastructure Projects such as SEZs, Industrial Parks, and Industrials Areas on PPP mode across Andhra Pradesh. Prior to Joining in SCS, he worked with Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure (APIIC), Hyderabad as a Vice President (Projects).

He had led the way for Policy Advocacy and facilitation of statutory clearances for Infrastructure Projects, also he can able to address environmental management and R&R issues related to Infrastructure Projects. His contributions in developing some of the infrastructure related projects are:

  • Biotech Parks, Food Parks, Textile Parks, Leather Parks and infra projects in PPP mode across Andhra Pradesh.
  • Think tank member in formulation of State Government policy for developing infrastructure projects on PPP mode.
  • Development of Pharma city at Vizag on PPP mode.
  • Planning and securing approval for establishment of Petro Chemical and Petroleum Investment Region in Andhra Pradesh.
  • Secured Large number of SEZ approvals for Andhra Pradesh (combined).
  • Developing Agribusiness projects involving multiple stakeholders.

P. Raghunadha Raju

Chief Consultant

P. Raghunadha Raju is a Mechanical Engineer and MBA from REC Warangal..

He has more than 20 years of experience in carrying out TEVs, DPRs, project appraisals, liaising, preparation of feasibility studies and debt syndication. He worked closely with leading banks/financial institutions and acquired in-depth insights of pre-requisites of business models and corporate finance options. Earlier he worked with APITCO Limited as Senior Consultant & Team Leader for Project Related Services vertical.

He has conducted more than 400 TEV studies, including for Infra, Textiles, Food Processing, Chemical, Cement, Renewal & Non-Renewal Energy, Distillery, Hotels, Engineering, Sugar and other allied Industry sector, Medical Institutions & Hospital Sector. As part of the job, he was instrumental in handling as a project manager for Mega food park, one of the first of its kind in the country under Government of India.

As a Team leader for Projects Division in APITCO, worked with various industrial expert consultants and developed a team to handle multiple projects. Gained in-depth knowledge in various projects prerequisites from concept to commissioning.

In his past engagements he has presented in various industrial forums on down stream business opportunities in Gulf Region and prepared DPR’s for Industrial Sector in Gulf Countries like UAE, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar.

P. Sridhar

Advisor – Project Financing

P. Sridhar holds B. Com degree and completed ACA (Inter), ACS (Inter) and CAIIB.

He has over 40 years of work experience in Corporate and SME Credit Appraisals, Credit Operations, Credit Administration, Corporate Debt Restructuring, Debt Recovery, Techno Economic Viability Studies, Systems and Procedures and Training.

He had long and continued exposure to Corporate Credit and SME businesses across various industries viz., textiles, iron & steel, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, cement, sugar, electrical equipment, defense related equipment, rice / wheat flour mills, food processing, electronics, automobile components, software, power projects, hotels, hospitals, infrastructure, commercial & residential realty and a wide range of other industry sectors.

Tulasiram Banooti

Senior Consultant

Tulasiram Banooti is an Engineering graduate with the specialisation of Biotechnology and holds a master’s degree in MBA.

He is qualified professional consultant with more than 12 years of experience in Corporate Advisory services including Feasibility Studies, Techno Economic Viability Studies, Detailed Project Report, Technical Due-diligence Reports, Market Research Reports and Lenders Independent Engineers Services.

After completion of his post-graduation course, he began his career as a Management Trainee at APITCO Limited and worked as a consultant for nearly 5 years. Later, he joined in the Mott MacDonald India Pvt. Ltd as a Senior Consultant and worked there for almost 8 years.

Prior to joining SCS, he closely worked with corporate clients along with both the public & private banks and consequently completed all his project-related tasks successfully for various industrial sectors, which include Cement, Distillery, Hospitals, Pharma, Power, Sugar, Steel, Textiles, and other allied sectors.

Santosh Babu

Advisor

Santosh Babu holds the degrees of B.Com, MBA, FCA, DISA (ICAI), IP (IIIP-ICAI). He is also a registered Insolvency Professional, with hands on experience in handling the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process under IBC, and is well equipped for working out solutions to problems of Industries in various sectors. Rendering advisory services in respect of companies’ take over under IBC.

He has a widespread experience of 42 years. Has been the Executive Director of AP State Financial Corporation (APSFC) till March 2013, a state level development organisation promoting the MSME Industries. Having joined in APSFC as Dy. Manager and rose to the cadre of Executive Director.

Having been with APSFC for 33 years, gained a rich experience in development, promotion, funding, implementing and monitoring of MSMEs. Has been HOD of Project Appraisals, Development, Operations, Finance & accounts, HRD, Legal, and Computer Services Departments in APSFC.

He was empanelled as Financial Consultant with AP Industrial and Technical Consultancy Organisation Ltd., for TEV studies, Project related services, Asset Reconstruction & Management, Human Resource Consulting, Industrial Cluster Development, Entrepreneurship Development and Project Management Consultancy services etc.

D. N. Rao

Advisor - Management Consulting

D. N. Rao holds Engineering degree from JNTU – Kakinada and M. Tech from IIT-Kharagpur.

He has over 40 years of experience in the field of Business and Management Consulting which includes Techno Economic Viability Studies, DPRs, loan syndication, loan restructuring, Corporate Debt Restructuring, Project Risk Assessment, Market Assessment studies, organization climate survey, manpower assessment studies, bid process management for PPP studies, business process reengineering and change management.

He further has experience in cluster Development involving assessing cluster characteristics through advanced statistical analysis, identification of interventions needed through business process reengineering studies and coordinating in implementation of improvement initiatives.

P. Mohan

P. Mohan He holds an Engineering degree and a Master’s degree from IIT Chennai. He is a Chartered Engineer he further holds Diploma in Management and Diploma in Operations Research.

He has over 35 years of work experience in the field of Operations and Management compliments his Consulting experience includes sectors like sugar, distilleries and biomass power industries. His expertise in Operations, design modifications, machinery selection, energy savings and conservation, water treatment technologies, effluent treatment systems etc. makes him a true Technical advisor for the mentioned sectors.

He worked in senior position in M/s Nizam Sugars Ltd, Pioneer Distilleries Limited, Sovereign Distilleries Pvt. Ltd, J.P.M.A. Associates, Greenko Energies Private Limited for over 30 years fetched him potions of advisor to many a reputed firm including APIIC Limited, APITCO Limited, Vijayanagar Sugars Pvt. Ltd to name a few.

A Pampapathy

A Pampapathy holds an engineering degree in Electrical & communication Engineering from IIS Bangalore and master’s degree in business administration from Osmania University.

He has 47 years of experience in which include 14 years is in a public sector undertaking (ECIL). He has widespread experience in Design, engineering, procurement, installation & commissioning of Solar power plant.

He further has experience in design and development of Electronics products.

B. Srinivasan

B. Srinivasan graduated with B.Sc Chemistry and did prost graduation in M.Sc-Food Technology. He had advanced training at BHULER-Switzerland in Food Extrusion Technology and was endorsed as a Vice President with Association of Food Scientists & Technologists (India), Mysore. He is also recognized as a Mentor on the Startup India Portal of Government of India and has been Twice the recipient of Suman Food Consultant’s travel Award of the AFST (I) for two consecutive years 1979 & 1980.

He has over 40 years of experience in the field food processing sector and he had worked at the Man Power Development Discipline for a decade.

He is a technical expert to prepare TEV, DPRs & TDD reports and commission of small and medium food processing units like product processing units of dal & cereal, ethnic foods, baby/weaning food, biscuits, as well as capacity building of the food processing units. Also, he has teaching experience in the specialised sector of food industry.

He was associated with the Indian Food Processing Arena for over four decades having worked fulltime with FMCG Companies like TTK, TGL Foods and Babino. He had commissioned more than 20 Food Processing units in India. He was also a Visiting Faculty at ANGRAU, Hyderabad and is a Board of Studies Member at Vignan University, Guntur for Food Science & Technology Courses. He is an Empanelled Expert Food Consultant at M/s. APITCO Ltd., Hyderabad.

R. Karthikeyan

R. Karthikeyan graduated as a Civil Engineer and holds the drgrees of MBA, PGDPM and Post-graduate Diploma in Quantity Surveying. He was accredited as a Chartered Engineer in 2007 by Institution of Engineers. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 2009.

He worked in various positions with varied corporate companies and gained over 30 years of work experience in the areas of TEV, DPRs, Feasibility Studies, Cost Advisory, Tendering, Claims Management, Coat audit, construction commercial management, Quantity surveying, Cost & Contract Management for varied sectors such as residential & commercial and institutional buildings, roads & rail transportation, hotels & convention centers, retail, interior and other allied industrial sectors.

Currently he is associated with the Dhristi Cost Solutions LLP as a Managing Partner.

Prior to Dhristi Cost Solutions LLP, he worked as Director with CBRE and Davis Lagdon & Seah Consulting India during the periods of 2013-2022 and 2004-2013 respectively.

Venkat Vijay

Senior Consultant – Project Management

Venkat Vijay is Chemical Engineer and also holds an MBA degree.

He has more than 15 years of work experience in the area of manufacturing and consultancy. He also has experience is working in Chemical plant. He also worked in preparation of TEV Study Report sand acted as Lenders Independent Engineer for monitoring of projects.

He handled one of the key projects while working with APITCO i.e., Project Management Consultancy for Setting up of Ready to Cook nutritious food plant for A. P. Foods (Now Telangana Foods).

The project was part funded by GAIN (Global Alliance for impoved Nutrition) a body under WHO (World Health Organization).

M. Bala Krishnam Raju

M. Bala Krishnam Raju holds M.Com and MBA degree.

He has over 18 years of experience in consulting field, includes TEV, DPR, feasibility, Project Monitoring of various industrial sectors and cluster development field.

He was involved in development and Implementation of MSE-CDP at Mango Jelly Cluster, Vizianagaram., Implementation of SIDBI-BDS programme at Floor Covering Cluster, Panipat, Establishment of Mega Food Park in Chittoor District, Andhra Pradesh and Execution of Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY).
